Client Zone

On the day we commence collaboration we provide the client with the data necessary to log into the "Client Zone". The system enables on-line reporting of faults and failures. This form of communication speeds up response. Before using the system for the first time, please refer to the "Submit Order" tab.

In the event of loss of data required for logging in, please call the number 32 718-68-62 or 530-004-530.

After logging into the "Client Zone":

  • the user gains access to the system where it is possible to communicate the problem online. The system will also display information about orders submitted by electronic mail or by phone,
  • the user will gain access to reports on time worked, allowing the user to monitor the costs,
  • the user will have access to information about the status of the order (order accepted/processed/completed),
  • the user will gain access to remote help.
