Client Zone

There are three ways to report faults:

  • online, using the form available upon logging into the "Client Zone",

  • by phone at 32 718-68-62 or 530-004-530.

All orders are stored in a single system. This enables the user to have constant access to information on work progress. We particularly recommend reporting problems using the form in the "Client Zone" or by electronic mail. When these forms of communication are used, the information reaches all our IT specialists instantly and simultaneously, which significantly speeds up response.

Notifications by electronic mail or using the online form should contain an accurate description of the problem along with the phone number to the person reporting. Electronic mail notifications will automatically appear in the form in the "Client Zone". This method of communication is intended for those who have signed contracts with us for IT services.

Orders submitted by telephone require our employees to manually enter them into the system, which can extend response time.
