Software legitimacy audit verifies whether the software installed on client's computers is legal. In the case of an inspection by, for instance, the Police, the Tax Control Board or the National Labour Inspectorate, the owner of the company will be held liable for illegal software, regardless of whether such illegal software was installed inadvertently or intentionally by an employee. The sanction for possessing illegal software can be a financial penalty, seizure of equipment, and ultimately imprisonment.

Hardware and software inventory determines the specifications of client's hardware and type of software used by the client. It is particularly necessary when the client intends to implement solutions designed to improve work performance. Without the inventory it will not be possible to determine accurately the cost of deploying new systems, which ultimately may result in the failure of implementation.

The audit takes up to 10 minutes for one workstation, and it is virtually imperceptible to the employees and does not slow down your business. When the audit is completed the client receives a report.
