  • High quality services - After completing an order we double check the quality of its execution, respecting the time and money of our clients.
  • Fast response - Time of order execution depends on the complexity of the problem. However, most of the failures are solved within a few hours from the time of notification, and some almost immediately, using a remote connection with the client's computer.
  • Concern about data security - before we execute an order, a full backup of the data is created on a hard drive. Materials stored in computer memory form part of company's assets, which we specifically desire to protect. For this reason we store a backup copy for a week after completing the order or we turn it over to the customer.
  • Guarantee for IT services - we offer a 14-day guarantee for each completed service. Therefore, if within two weeks after the fault is corrected the problem returns, we will fix it at no cost. If there is a need to repair equipment, the guarantee period depends on the duration of the warranty provided by the parts manufacturer, usually 24 months.
  • Hardware replacement - in the event of serious problems that take several days to solve, we offer equipment replacement for the time of repair.
  • No surcharge for travel to client's site - we do not charge for our travel expenses. This does not apply to sites located outside of the Silesian province.
  • Convenient terms of payment - invoice for completed services is issued at the end of month. Payment should be made within 14 days. If client buys hardware or software whose value is high, we offer a breakdown of the invoice amount into instalments and longer payment period up to 60 days.
