Model 1 – Contract-based cooperation

Contract-based cooperation is offered primarily to large businesses intending to outsource IT or to service a large number of computers, also to businesses wishing to carry on continued cooperation after the installation of CCTV (data archiving, maintenance), access control systems (report generation, maintenance) or alarm systems (maintenance), etc.

Clients who signed a contract with us have the priority in orders taken, equipment replacement and preferential payment terms. The contract is concluded with a one month's notice clause.

In this model of cooperation we propose two methods of accounting:

  • based on the work time in a month (suggested solution for smaller businesses with a small number of calls, that wish to take advantage of IT outsourcing services) – the time is accounted for every commenced 30 minutes of work. In this cooperation mode we offer convenient discounts dependent on the amount of work time in a month.
  • based on the number of devices in the company (model suggested for medium-sized and large businesses intending to use our computer servicing and maintenance services, install CCTV, access control systems or alarm systems or to use IT outsourcing) – Price for operating the devices depends on the type of equipment. We apply different rates for computers, servers, telephone exchanges, alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems – prices are negotiable depending on the type and number of devices.

Model 2 – No contract cooperation

This model of cooperation is offered mainly to micro-enterprises and businesses that do not want to enter into time-restricted contracts. It works particularly well when the company is not looking for continuous services, but only for occasional IT support.

In this cooperation model accounting is based on the time worked. The price is calculated for each hour of work. In the case of orders for installation or expansion of, for instance, computer networks, CCTV, telephone exchanges, we make individual price estimates based on the value of materials and labour cost. Before our specialists undertake the job, the client receives an exact price calculation. Our cost analysis always provides for all eventualities to avoid unexpected expenses. The job is taken up only after the client accepts the price.
